How to Filter CC Messages in the Inbox

If you receive a lot of cc messages in your inbox, it can help to be able to distinguish these from messages which are addressed specifically to you. In most cases, the ‘cc’ message will be a lower priority for you and don’t require an action or reply. This 'how to' guide shows two ways you can identify these cc messages in the inbox.

How to Forward Messages from Outlook Drafts Folder (when Forward button is greyed out)

If you have set up 4 drafts emails with pre-written subject lines (as we discussed during my recent presentation), you’ve probably found that the forward button is greyed out when you try to use it. This document explains two possible solutions to this issue (#1 is best).
